Structural characteristics of PTFE degreasing equipment:
1. Adopting rectangular tube concrete welding technology; The roller substrate adopts an integral frame structure: advanced processes such as stress relief, flat precision grinding, and machining centers are used for substrate processing to ensure the strength of the mechanical foundation, the perpendicularity between the roller and the substrate, and the parallelism between the rollers. This ensures stable stretching of the belt surface.
2. Infinite variable speed function: It adopts 5 sets of motor multi drive modes, which are interrelated and synchronized to achieve seamless docking, thus realizing the infinite variable speed stretching function.
3. Numerical control multi-stage stretching: Different variable modes are adjusted and coordinated among 5 sets of motors to achieve multiple stretching ratios, which are synchronized and interrelated to ensure that there are no blind spots in any stretching ratio.
4. Stretching ratio control: Based on different products and raw materials, we have relevant reference stretching ratio parameters displayed to ensure the stability of the product.
5. Large roller heating mode: adopting the principle of large rollers and large bag angles, increasing the heating area of the raw material belt, fully and uniformly softening the raw material belt, and creating necessary conditions for stable stretching of the material belt.
6. Short distance multiple stretching: After the material strip softens, short distance multiple repeated small stretching is adopted, which is beneficial for the uniformity and resistance to breakage of the material strip fibers, and reduces the width shrinkage ratio of the material strip.
7. Intelligent shaping: Set the corresponding temperature according to the characteristics of different raw material belts, and thoroughly shape the stretched belt without causing it to retract under the condition of large roller angles, thereby achieving a stable effect on the belt.
8. Automatic cooling: After being produced at high temperature and taken out of the furnace, the material strip is cooled multiple times using the principle of circulating water rollers to reduce its temperature to room temperature. This ensures that the material strip is not affected by cold shrinkage after cutting, achieving energy-saving, environmental protection, and product stability effects.
9. Customized heating settings and intelligent start stop: The heating control mode of this machine adopts the Taiwan Delta integrated temperature control module (replacing the traditional temperature control meter mode). Through high-speed communication with the touch screen, the corresponding temperature required by any heating roller can be set on the touch screen, and the real-time temperature feedback of the heating roller is transmitted to the touch screen to achieve automatic correction of the heating roller and the set temperature, reduce errors, ensure accurate temperature control, and achieve intelligent start stop. It can ensure the quality of the material strip while also being more energy-efficient.
10. Heating method: The roller electromagnetic internal heating method is adopted, which not only ensures the effective temperature required for the raw material belt to pass through the roller surface, but also reduces energy consumption and safety hazards. Electromagnetic heating tubes have the advantages of long service life, high heat generation, low heat loss, low energy consumption, and safety.
